The Regional Action Committee on Housing (REACH) is a non-profit, community-based organization that aims to provide housing, emotional and social supports to individuals who experience barriers to accessing mainstream services, including: people experiencing homelessness or precarious housing, people escaping intimate partner violence, people living with a variety of mental health complexities, people who use substances, people recently released from incarceration, and people living in poverty.
